Description:

A first stone of only 57g was found in a roadside ditch in 1994. Several others were found later bring the total known weight of Kress D to nearly 2 kilos. 

It is a very weathered Ordinary Chondrite H5 with very little free iron still visible. 

Very good slice, about 57mm long and 41mm at the widest point.
