Registry: MT205025 Mineral Name: Henbury Source: Northern Territory, Australia Mineral Size: 20.61g Sale Price: $45.00 Description:
Thousands of fragments have been picked up around the 13 craters in north-central Australia marking the site where this meteorite broke apart and landed thousands of years ago.
Well over a thousand kilos has been found but all the larger masses are now safely in museums, leaving the smaller ones out for collectors. They are cute, rust-resistant and still show some of the red earth of Australia. And they are very affordable.
Very good whole individual, about 2.7cm long, and 2cm at the widest.
