Description:

Many meteorites have been found near the small town of Wellman in eastern Texas, and in 1999 a farmer plowed up one more and kept in his garage. Good thing! this 37 pounds mass was a new Wellman, now classified as Wellman F, a Ordinary Chomdrite H3.5, with a dark matrix, a lot of metal and a few odd inclusions (see bottom picture).
